Khachatur Sukiasyan: I shall not participate in parliamentary elections
“The public has been informed that in recent months I have been holding consultations with a number of forces to decide the format of my possible participation in the upcoming political elections,” prominent Armenian businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan said in a statement on February 3. "I would like to thank all the political parties with whom I have held discussions. In recent years, I have devoted most of my time to economic activities and done some analytical work. I see the continuation of my work as the best way to contribute to the successful future of Armenia. Therefore, I am not going to run in the upcoming parliamentary elections and I shall continue to contribute to the development of our country as much as I can. In the upcoming parliamentary elections I wish success to all forces who aim to strengthen Armenia and care for the safety and well-being of our people," Khachatur Sukiasyan said.
