Artsakh President receives Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk
On January 17, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The meeting addressed a number of issues related to the situation along the line of contact between the Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan armed forces.
