Armenian, Russian Human Rights Defenders sign Memorandum of Cooperation
A Russian delegation led by High Commissioner for Human Rights, Ms Tatiana Moskalkova, is in Armenia on an official visit at the invitation of Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan. Today, the Armenian ombudsman received Ms Tatiana Moskalkova. The interlocutors discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation, as well as protection of the rights of citizens of Armenian and Russia. Arman Tatoyan and Tatiana Moskalkova also signed a memorandum on cooperation between the two institutions and responded to the questions by the media.
