Karabakh: Azerbaijan uses mortars to fire at Martakert military posts
Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire with Karabakh about 30 times last night, firing some 450 rounds at Armenian positions from rifles and machine guns. The Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh republic says Azerbaijani troops also used 60-mm mortars to fire at the northeastern (Martakert) direction of the frontline. The vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army refrained from responding in kind, continuing their military vigil. The ministry says the situation is calm at the line of contact.
