Snow and black ice on some roads in Armenia
According to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies, it was snowing in Talin, Aparan, Spitak and Ashotsk regions as of 2:30 a.m. Black-ice is formed on some sections of Vardenyants mountain pass. Snow cleaning is underway on the aforesaid roads. All state and interstate highways in the country are mainly passable.
