Lars is open only for light passenger vehicles
The Road Department of Georgian Ministry of Infrastructures informs the RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies that Stepantsminda-Lars highway, as of December 12, 15:00, is open only for light passenger vehicles in case of using tire chains.
