“They try to solve the NK issue by force” (video)
“There is an attempt to solve the NK issue by force,” the NA Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) faction lawmaker Khosrov Harutyunyan told the journalists, “In all the statements made earlier it was noted that the settlement of the conflict with the use of force must have been excluded.” The speaker also noted that the recent statement by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs differed as it was certainly stated that the negotiation should restart, “Though, it was not clearly noted who is guilty, but it was noted in the statement that it is clear for everybody who is the instigator.”
