Political analyst: Clinton administration will pay more attention to Armenia

This means mo major changes can be expected in the country’s policy after the elections. “Everyone expects the Clinton administration to demonstrate a tougher position in the post-Soviet countries and in the Middle East, but when Obama came to power everyone said he would focus on internal developments and problems but in fact we witnessed the opposite picture,” the expert said. Speaking about the relations between Armenia and the United States, the political analyst said Clinton is aware of and involved in the ‘football diplomacy.’ "This gives hope that the new administration will pay more attention to Armenia,” he stressed.
