According to the conclusion of the expert, the house and the land together were assessed USD 200 000. Yet, the National Bureau of Expertises in 2011assessed only 207.2 sq/m three-storey house belonging to Kzartmyan USD 300 000, not counting the price of the land. Alfred Kzartmyan applied to the police in order to launch proceedings against the expert, but it was refused because of absence of corpus delicti.
