Government will not take back 1000 drams from needy families (video)
Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Artem Asatryan, says the draft budget for 2017 envisages additional 1.1 billion Armenian drams for benefits aimed at raising living standards. He said social expenditure is to total more than 30% of the total budget expenditures. The minster says the additional 1000-dram financial support provided by the by the government underprivileged families will not be compensated after the possible cut in gas prices.
