Manvel Sargsyan: Political parties should be self-liquidated (video)
“If all political parties in this country claim that we do not have free and fair elections [in Armenia], then they should be self-liquidated. But we see that every year new political parties are emerging like mushrooms,” Manvel Sargsyan, Director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies, said at the Media Center NGO on November 1.
