“If this budget is implemented, it will be a disaster”
Today at the NA during the discussion of 2017 state budget draft, the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction Head Levon Zurabyan, addressing a question to Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan, noted that the state budget must be based on 7-8 percent economic growth, so that we can overcome the fall cycle, “If it isn’t that way, so what is the aim of your government?” The HAK faction member Hrant Bagratyan expressed his anger against the government and the state budget, by saying, “You are like a suitcase without a handle; we had better remove the clothes so that you can go; you always complain, but don’t do anything. The same is every year. God forbid, if this budget is implemented, it will be a disaster.” 2017 state budget draft is being discussed at the NA.
