Vartan Oskanian receives EU official
On October 19, Armenia’s former Foreign Minister and Chairman of the Hamakhmbum (Consolidation) Party, Vartan Oskanian, received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Herbert Salber. During the meeting, which was held at the central office of the party, the parties discussed the Karabakh peace process, the current phase of talks and other regional issues. The interlocutors also discussed political developments in Armenia, amendments to the Electoral Code, issues related to the 2017 parliamentary elections and the process of talks on the new EU-Armenia agreement.
