Electoral violations recorded inside and outside polling stations in Gyumri (video)
The October 2 elections in Gyumri city were accompanied by widespread reports of polling irregularities, observers representing “Progress of Gyumri” NGO - Civil Society Development Centre aid on October 7. Cases of voter fraud were recorded both inside and outside the polling stations. Lawyer Harutyun Baghdasaryan says despite the electoral violations, the results showed that Gyumri was able to keep its face.
