October 2 elections were not free and fair - LogoS NGO
Attempts to vote for another person, helping voters inside and outside polling stations, overcrowding near polling stations… all these violations were observed and recorded by the LogoS NGO during the October 2 elections in some communities. The NGO dispatched election observation teams to polling stations in Azatan and Gyumri to monitor the process of local elections.
