Yes, my brother is the grandfather of Arkadi Peleshyan’s children. As for the incident, I can only say that it is being studied by the law enforcement agencies. As usual, I do not interfere with the functions of law enforcement authorities. No matter who the person is – my relative, my godson or someone else, if he has committed a crime, I shall definitely express my clear-cut position.
