Hakobkokhyan's opinion about Karabakh issue (video)
Israel Hakobkokhyan, a former world boxing champion, says the Karabakh issue has turned into an internal conflict. He says the 1988 movement had nothing to do with Karabakh and was aimed at changing power. In autumn 1999, Hakobkokhyan was afraid to establish friendly ties with Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan.
