Civil Contract to surrender upon condition
Civil Contract Party has issues a statement: Today until 18:00 Civil Contract Party will sign an impeachment draft and will withdraw from the race in Vanadzor to the benefit of “Bright Armenia”, if the latter announces:
- Serzh Sargsyan personally bears responsibility for March 1 crime
- Serzh Sargsyan was elected as a result of electoral rigging and isn’t a legitimate president
- To present the impeachment draft of Serzh Sargsyan to the National Assembly tomorrow within reasonable term
