On September 20, Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, who is in New York on a working visit, met with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, James Warlick of the United States of America, and Pierre Andrieu of France), together with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. During the meeting, the sides stressed the need to implement the agreements reached in in Vienna and St. Petersburg summits for advancing the Karabakh peace process. Edward Nalbandian noted that Azerbaijan has been refusing the agreements reached on the presidential level for several months now, thus preventing the creation of favorable conditions for the progress of the negotiation process.
