Murder in Yerevan
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of 42 year-old Harutyun Galstyan. On September 18 at 23:30 a call was received from “Aramyants” medical center informing that Harutyun Galstyan, born in 1974, with diagnosis of “cut wound on the chest” was taken to medical center who died in intensive care unit. A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. According to preliminary investigation data the man was inflicted bodily injuries incompatible with life during an argument that took place near the medical center. Urgent investigatory actions are conducted to find circumstances of the man’s murder, relevant subdivisions of the police were instructed to take operative-searching measures.
