Wine festival in Togh village of Hadrout region
On 17 September President Bako Sahakyan partook in the Togh village of the Hadrout region at the 3rd "Artsakh Wine" festival.
The Head of the State noted with satisfaction that the wine festival had become traditional and so far had an obvious positive impact on stimulating local production.
