Karen Karapetyan says he accepted job with lower pay (video)
During the Armenian government's question-and-answer session in the parliament, lawmaker Tigran Urikhanyan asked the newly appointed Prime Minister [Karen Karapetyan] about his previous work and whether he was acquainted with the economic indicators. Mr. Karapetyan said he had agreed to take a low-income job and does not know follow the macroeconomic indicators. “If you think that Prime Minister should know all figures and indicators, then he should be someone from the Cabinet. We are going to submit our work plan within an agreed timeframe,” he said.
