Armenian, Russian PMs talk on the phone
Armenia’s newly appointed Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev. Mr. Karapetyan congratulated the head of the Russian Government on his birthday, wishing him success and good health. Karen Karapetyan hailed Medvedev's personal contribution to the development of cooperation between Armenia and Russia, which is based on the friendship between the peoples of the two countries. The Armenian PM emphasized the active cooperation and deepening economic ties between the two countries in question, which, he said, will cement relations between the two nations both in bilateral and multilateral formats and within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
