NKR state structures receive cars by philanthropist Arthur Varzhapetyan
On 5 September, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received philanthropist Arthur Varzhapetyan. The two men discussed issues related to the implementation of various programs in Artsakh. For the assistance shown to the Motherland in the realization of significant socioeconomic projects and in connection with the 25th anniversary of the NKR proclamation, Bako Sahakyan bestowed the "Mesrop Mashtots" order upon Arthur Varzhapetyan. Bako Sahakyan and Arthur Varzhapetyan later participated in a solemn handover of keys of cars to a number of NKR state structures. The cars were a donation by the philanthropist. The ceremony took place in the capital’s Renaissance Square. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NA chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
