New dwelling district opens in Kashatagh region
On 3 September, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan attended a solemn ceremony of opening a new dwelling district "Ariavan" in the Aghavno settlement of the Kashatagh region. Mr. Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the "Ari" Foundation for active participation in the program's realization and underlined that developing the countryside had always been and would remain among the primary strategic issues for our republic valuing it from demographic, political and socioeconomic viewpoints. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, premier Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
