Valeri Osipyan is in Khorenatsi Street
Valeri Osipyan, Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police, is again performing his professional duties in Yerevan’s Khorenatsi Street. Until yesterday, Osipyan was held hostage by gunmen occupying a police station in Yerevan since July 17. Osipyan has talked to media since his release.
