Shahen Harutyunyan detained again
Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office reports that activists Shahen Harutyunyan and Karen Ateyan were taken to a police station from Mashtots Avenue later on Sunday. Shahen Harutyunyan has been detained for a second time today. Armenian lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan, who is at Liberty Square now, was seen crying out of anger. She demanded that the police not arrest citizens. The police ignored the lawmaker, pushing her aside and detaining two more citizens.
