Karabakh: Azerbaijani infiltration attempts repulsed
Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense says its forces successful repulsed an attempt by a group of Azerbaijani commandos to carry out a sabotage-reconnaissance infiltration in the eastern direction (Akna) of the Line of Contact. The ministry says the Azeri infiltration attempt took place at 03:20 a.m., but Armenian servicemen on duty timely spotted it and thwarted the action. Besides the infiltration attempt, Azeri forces continued to shoot at several sections of the Line of Contact using different caliber weapons. The advanced units of the NKR Defense Army remained committed to the verbal ceasefire agreement and continued to confidently carry out the combat task set to them.
