The Armenian National Congress (HAK) lawmaker Aram Manukyan, continuing Hrant Bagratyan’s opinion, reiterates that the enlargement of communities is disadvantage for Armenia. As for the loan provided to Gyumri, Aram Manukyan says that loan must be taken for starting up manufacturing, street lightening will not reduce emigration in Gyumri. 8 years ago the external dept per person was USD 500, at present each of us has USD 2000 debt.
