Issue of lost territories to be included in talks (video)
The issue of the territories that Armenia lost during the four-day war in the Karabakh conflict zone will be raised during the negotiations, Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told reporters on Monday. “We cannot forget the territories [we lost during the April clashes]. We do not forget our historical lands. Therefore we have created a positional defense which is fully controlled by the Defense Army,” he said.
