Serzh Sargsyan, Joe Biden discuss Karabakh settlement on the phone
On May 20, Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with the Vice-President of the United States, Joe Biden. They discussed issues related to the current stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement. Both men emphasized full and effective implementation of the agreements reached during internationally mediated talks in Vienna, Austria, on May 16. The sides agreed that the conflict can only be solved within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Co-Chairs.
