Consolidation: Bad signal to our people, army and enemy
The initiating group of the Hamakhmbum (Consolidation) party has issued a statement expressing concerns over the situation in Karabakh after the four-day war and the statements made by Armenia and Azerbaijan after the Vienna-hosted talks on the situation. “We find it unacceptable to put public before a dilemma of choosing between territories and human lives which is a bad signal to our people, international mediators and especially to our enemy. We are convinced that without an agreement that involves the legal recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh independence a phased settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a threat to the security of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
