Peskov on meeting in Vienna: There are grounds for cautious optimism
After the meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan there are grounds for cautions optimism, declared Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson of the RF President, informs ria.ru. In reply to the journalist’s question whether we can consider that the tense situation of the conflict is already over, Peskov answered, “Of course, relevant assessments were given by our ministers of foreign affairs. We hope that there are grounds for cautious optimism taking into account that it will allow the shift to more sustained phase.” More here
