Azerbaijan opens sporadic fire on its border with Armenia
Around 38 instances of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijani armed forces were reported in the northeast direction of Armenia’s border with Azerbaijan on the night of April 25. Armenia’s Ministry of Defense says Azerbaijani side used various caliber weapons and sniper rifles to open sporadic fire on Armenian positions. In addition to artillery weapons, the enemy also used RPG -7 grenade launchers. Armenian frontline units showed restraint and resorted to retaliatory actions only in case of extreme necessity.
