Why didn’t Armen Rustamyan, member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun), pose a question to Turkey’s Prime Minister at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE)? What to ask, when Ahmet Davutoğlu spoke for about 50 minutes and bored everybody, said the PACE delegate. He doesn’t remember any case in the recent 10 years, when any official has spoken so long. Armen Rustamyan supposes that as Turkish becomes one of the official languages of the PACE, Davutoğlu tried to highlight it. Watch the video for details!
