Mher Shahgeldyan: There is struggle in Strasbourg (video)
“We are in a constant struggle,” says member of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Mher Shahgeldyan, assessing the work of our delegation in that organization. He says that it cannot be another way as the Azerbaijani delegation is constantly trying to transfer the NK issue from the OSCE Minsk Group format to other platforms, including the PACE, on the other hand there is a Turkish factor. European MPs, involved in “caviar diplomacy”, are added to this and they are lobbying in support of Azerbaijanis. Yet, Mher Shahgeldyan hopes that money is not always decisive.
