“Azerbaijan displayed its disrespect toward the rights of the NKR” (video)
On April 2 Azerbaijan started large-scale military operations along the entire line of Karabakh-Azerbaijani border. It was the first such operation after ceasefire agreement signed in 1994, today noted the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction MP Levon Zurabyan at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and added, “Azerbaijan, trying to solve the conflict in a military way, once again displayed its disrespect toward the rights of the people living in the NKR, that is to live independently and safely.” Watch the video for details!
