Security officers check territory with the help of dogs (video)
Unprecedented measures of security have been carried out in the yard of the Council of Europe (CoE). The security officers have been checking the territory for two hours also with the help of dogs. Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has been expected at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). He must make a speech and answer the questions of the delegates. The PACE President Pedro Agramunt was waiting for him just at the building. Before the arrival of the Turkish Prime Minister, Armenian journalists tried to ask him several questions. “No, no,” he replied.
