Azerbaijan attempts to discard its international commitments - says Armenian FM (video)
On April 13, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandian had a meeting with Ambassadors of OSCE member states accredited in Armenia. Minister Nalbandian briefed the Ambassadors on the consequences of the hostilities unleashed by Baku along the Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact in early April. With its aggressive actions, Azerbaijan actually attempted to discard its international commitments to settle the issue peacefully, thus grossly violating the fundamental principles of international law and blatantly ignoring the statements on the heads of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict,” Edward Nalbandian said. The Armenian Minister stressed the role of the OSCE Minsk Group countries and emphasized the need to support their efforts.
