Artur Aghabekyan appeals to Armenians in Russia: People in your Motherland will not understand you
Deputy Prime Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Artur Aghabekyan, has made an appeal to Armenians living in Russia. “I am addressing to some 2 million Armenians /the data was provided by the highest leadership of Russia /. I understand the reasons why you do not rebel, I understand your silence /you are frustrated/ but I do not think that someone is disturbing you or disallowing you from participating in the initiative of the Artsakh government. As many as 30 Russian Armenians have responded to the appeal of the Artsakh government. Your countrymen living in Armenia and Artsakh will not understand you… The number of the special account opened by the Artsakh government for the purchase of firearms is 22300400153100 (in Russian ruble),” Artur Aghabekyan wrote on his Facebook page.
