Armenia protests Israel's supply of arms to Azerbaijan
Armenia has expressed its protest against Israel in connection with the sale of weapons and ammunition to Azerbaijan. As reported by Haaretz.com, Armenians protested Israel's supply of arms to Azerbaijan after attack on convoy in latest round of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh. This especially refers to the use of an Israeli-made suicide drone in the Karabakh conflict zone which hit an Armenian bus, killing seven volunteers who were heading to the frontline. Video footage posted on Youtube appeared to show an Israeli-made suicide drone flying over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region, where fighting flared anew between Azerbaijan and Armenia. It was largely believed to be one of the first instances of such a weapon being used in combat. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a spokesman for Armenia's Defense Ministry, posted about the Harop on his Facebook page, indicating it was piloted by Azerbaijani forces. The downed drone is pictured on the left.
