Armenian “special detachments” confiscate “Ural” truck
Spokesperson for the RA Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook: “Surprise: The NKR Defense Army reports that Armenian ‘special detachments’ confiscated ‘Ural’ truck, with the license plate H919QQ , loaded with military possessions near the Azerbaijani village of Tapkara-Koyunlu.”
