“It isn’t time HAK spoke openly” (video)
“In 1998, when these authorities came to power, the RA and the NKR army, economy had obvious advantage over Azerbaijan. Question arises- what has been done after it? Still it isn’t time to speak openly about those shortcomings. There shouldn’t have been such a technological gap… Corruption is an issue of national security; I have stated it for many times, no one has taken it seriously. Maybe it is the last opportunity to learn that it shouldn’t proceed in this way anymore. We have a chance to change everything significantly,” the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction leader Levon Zurabyan told journalists. Watch the video!
