Azerbaijani does not understand any other language – be it on an international or ordinary human level – except the rough language of silencing, Chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union Manvel Grigoryan said. He reminds that the ceasefire agreement of 1994 was signed at the request of Azerbaijan. “They [Azerbaijanis] forgot about it very quickly. in 1994, they appeared in such a state that they begged us , our soldiers and authorities to cease the fire and sign an armistice. The 1994 ceasefire was reached at the request of Heydar Aliyev and now they are violating the truce they had begged for so much,” Mr Grigoryan said.
