NKR DA remains committed to its strategy: NKR MOD
The NKR Ministry of Defense says that it remains committed to its strategy and never opens fire at the civilian settlements. Yet the Azerbaijani side, in addition to shelling of Martakert and neighboring villages, yesterday shelled Martuni settlement. NKR Defense Army also referred to their previous statement concerning Azerbaijan Defense Minister’s threats about bombarding Stepanakert. Press service of the NK MOD
