2rd.am: Robert Kocharyan 'stays in touch with' Bako Sahakyan
Victor Soghomonyan, a spokesman for Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, says Kocharyan is in Armenia and is well aware of the military operations on the front and the situation in Karabakh in general. “Robert Kocharyan stays in touch with President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan to get information of the latest events. The second President thinks that the Karabakh authorities and the Defense Ministry are taking all necessary measures to repel Azerbaijan’s aggression," Victor Soghomonyan said. Kocharyan finds it necessary to completely concentrate all forces and resources and stand up in defense of Artsakh.
