Lifer dies in medical center
Henrik Hovnikyan, lifer of ‘Nubarashen’ prison, died in Surb Grigor Lusavorich medical center today at about 00:05. The Penitentiary Department of the Armenian Justice Ministry informed A1+ that forensic examination has been launched in order to find out the circumstances of the lifer’s death. Henrik Hovnikyan was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2009.
