New appointments in Artsakh
On 30 March, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Vasily Atajanyan NKR President's representative after releasing him from the post of the adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly. According to another Presidential decree, Zoya Lazaryan was appointed adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly.
