NKR Prime Minister introduced the newly appointed minister
On March 24, Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan introduced the newly appointed minister of healthcare Karine Atayan to the employees of healthcare system and wished her success. Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Harutyun Kushkyan who has been released of the position upon his request.
The head of the Government rewarded H.Kushkyan with Prime Minister’s medal for his contribution in the development of healthcare system and for the services rendered to Artsakh. A.Harutyunyan said; “On behalf of me and people of Artsakh accept our gratitude for the two-year important work. You have saved hundreds of lives with your activity solving a number of problems. People of Artsakh evaluate highly your devotion, love and trust of people is your greatest award. I am sure you will continue your active participation in the development of Artsakh’s healthcare system”.
H.Kushkyan thanked the President and the Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic for trusting him and assured that cooperation with the colleagues of Artsakh will take a continuous turn”.
“My family and I are proud that we had the chance to make our contribution in the process of Artsakh development. I want to express my gratitude to all the employees of the system for productive joint work during two years”- said H. Kushkyan, congratulating and wishing success to the newly appointed minister.
Expressing gratitude to H. Kushkyan on behalf of the system employees the deputy minister Zoya Lazaryan stated, that those words and appraisals uttered are not enough for describing what had been done and felt. Congratulating the newly appointed minister Z. Lazaryan wished her success.

The newly appointed healthcare minister of Artsakh Republic Karine Atayan thanked both the President and the Prime Minister of the Republic for having assumed responsible position and assured, that she will be faithful to the implementation of started constant reformations.
