To remind, in the recent days Vahan Shirkhanyan had difficulty in walking. The advocate didn’t rule out that they may apply to the preliminary investigation body in order to change the precautionary measure of Vahan Shirkhanyan. To remind, according to the message of the NSS press service, Shirkhanyan is suspected of participating in the criminal association created by Arthur Vardanyan and having a specific commitment and role in it. Vahan Shirkhanyan doesn’t plead himself guilty. The defense side has suspicions that the preliminary investigation body wants to put pressure on him so that he accepts the accusation. Vahan Shirkhanyan has been in custody for already 5 months.
